Who We Are
The Maui Camera Club is a friendly group of adult photography enthusiasts—from beginners to experienced shooters—who enjoy learning, sharing, and connecting through photography.
We are the oldest camera club in Hawaiʻi. Since 1936, this non-profit club has been sharing the aloha spirit, as well as their love for all things photography, with visitors and kamaʻāina alike.
All levels of photographers are represented in our club - from beginners to professionals in all aspects of photography. Everyone is welcome to become a club member.

Any camera (DSLR, mirrorless, point-and-shoot, or phone)
We meet on the second Monday of each month to view and critique photos from a simple assignment. We talk about techniques and ideas, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere. There’s no competition and no pressure—just encouragement, creativity, and community.
In Person Meeting and ZOOM
Second Monday of every month at Maui Community School-Adults. 179 Ka'ahumanu Ave in Kahului. Enter from Kane Street, and park right next to the classrooms.
5:30-7:30 PM MEETING – Members, please email up to 2 monthly assignment images by the Friday before our meeting of the following Monday.
